Powder coating
External surface treatment: after the sandblasting process the tanks are subjected to painting inside special application booths with electrostatic guns. Through an overhead conveyor belt, they are led to the polymerization oven to complete the cycle.

Vitroflex
Internal protection treatment with protective paints with high resistance to corrosive phenomena: The tank is subjected to a cleaning pre-treatment, then an epoxy resin is applied using electrostatic guns, and then it is baked in an oven at ~ 240 ° C. The Vitroflex treatment is certified in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 21 March 1973 and subsequent updates (CE DM 174), suitable for contact with food substances and / or for personal use.

Hot dip galvanizing
Treatment particularly suitable for strong protection against both internal and external corrosion. High resistance to atmospheric phenomena, suitable for outdoor installation and in very aggressive environments.
The galvanizing treatment is done by immersion, therefore the tank is protected both outside and inside. The galvanized product may have discrepancies in color and aesthetic appearance, in particular between bottoms and planking. All this does not affect the quality of the product itself, being made in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 galvanizing standard.
